MEET YOUR FACILITATORS:
Stephanie Stolorow is a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology Candidate at California Institute of Integral Studies, and MFT trainee at Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center. She is half-Chinese and half-Russian, and was raised with Japanese culture. Stephanie believes in the power of therapeutic exploration and growth as a means to connect to our truest selves and facilitate our most authentic way of moving through the world, and finds honor and humility in assisting others on this path.
Ije Ude is a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology Candidate at California Institute of Integral Studies, and MFT trainee at Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center. She grew up in Nigeria and immigrated to the United States for college 18 years ago. Ije believes therapeutic tools are a powerful way to use our struggles to expand our self-understanding and self-acceptance so we can live with more freedom and kindness.
